Account manager/Project manager

What is our need?

We are immersed in the online world, implementing advertising campaigns, with landing pages, corporate websites, image sites, and online stores at their epicenter. We want to deliver the highest quality experience to internet users and bring benefits to our clients.

What tasks await you?

  • managing current projects and initiating new ones;
  • supervision of projects in the area of content marketing;
  • overseeing digital campaigns;
  • delegating duties to specialists;
  • ensuring the quality and timeliness of project implementation;
  • developing project documentation – briefs, schedules, budgets, presentations, reports;
  • building relationships with clients;
  • participating in strategy development;

What are our requirements?

  • minimum 3-4 years of experience in a digital agency overseeing projects in content marketing, performance marketing, UX, web application production, SEO, e-commerce;
  • documented knowledge of digital content production (articles, infographics, videocasts, podcasts, etc.), managing 360-degree campaigns, and servicing e-commerce clients;
  • good organizational skills – ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • independence;
  • ability to create understandable briefs for authors, graphic designers, media planners, web designers, developers (knowledge of formats, resolutions, nomenclature);
  • practical knowledge of digital content distribution channels (social media, blogosphere, vlogosphere, vertical websites, out-of-the-box solutions);
  • mastery of the Polish language (spoken and written) at a high level – it’s not as simple as it seems;
  • familiarity with content platforms (e.g., WordPress);
  • proficiency in English at B1 level or higher;
  • solution-oriented mindset (even if something goes out of control);
