This is the clay from which we mold our business as an organization. If you think like us—great, we invite you on board. If not, consider whether it’s worth taking up the challenge—because we don’t want you to be disappointed.”
We value people who can rise to the challenge. We strive to collaborate with individuals who already have a proven track record, interesting experience in marketing, and who will not require hand-holding.
What does this mean in practice?
You will receive a project and be responsible for its implementation. You can count on the support of the team, but you must independently signal any potential problems to resolve (preferably coming up with your own ideas for their solution) – ultimately, because this is your project and your responsibility to achieve defined results.
The client entrusts us with work because they either do not have the time themselves, or they are seeking competencies and support from outside since they must focus on other aspects of their business. The client sets deadlines, and our task is to complete tasks on time / as long as the deadlines are realistic :-]
No worries – we don’t work here without touching base – we try to arrange the work to act in comfort. Unfortunately, the agency environment is dynamic, and sometimes we need to quickly reorganize to meet all expectations.
We work as a team, we play towards one goal, so we like collegial people – those who, seeing that someone next to them needs support, can provide it, and those who can effectively communicate – not create doubt, but verify and clarify doubts, establish concrete expectations. We respect the time and work of others – that is, if we promise our input, we deliver it on time.
We value those who act with commitment and have initiative. It is important for us to share knowledge with others, and when necessary, be able to conduct proper research. Therefore, it is worthwhile for you to stay up-to-date with the changes occurring in the business environment (media, clients), to expand your knowledge about new solutions, and to follow trends.
Responsibility is one of the most important qualities we expect from our colleagues. Keeping one’s word in our work signifies care about the quality and timeliness of project execution. If you commit to something, we assume it will simply get done. Unless there are justified reasons that prevent the task from being carried out, which you should signal beforehand. We value honesty and openness. Making a mistake is human – if you do make one, you should own up to it, learn from it, and ensure it does not happen again.
Holidays
We have a vacation system that largely boils down to planning them with a good lead time and consulting with other people in the department. Not everyone can go on vacation at the same time, otherwise, we would have an operational problem. Nothing special compared to other normally functioning organizations.
Training
We develop competencies, and if needed, we confirm them with certificates. We have companies in our orbit, and once a quarter, we try to organize training in a specific area.
Overtime
Marketing is not a nail factory – we do not work piece-rate. We work on projects, not hourly. Sometimes you will work 5 hours, another time together with 9 hours.
Most of us have families, quite a few have children – we have a normal healthy approach.
We are not fans of sitting at work for hours. Sometimes you have to stay longer to finish the program, but these are sporadic situations. By 5:30 PM, the office is usually empty.
